Let’s start with a little background information

Combining her education from Berghs School of Communication with broad experience in the med‑tech industry, Anki brings a unique set of skills in Branding, Marketing and International Conference Management to the table. Today, she leads her creative agency on a continued path of growth, meeting the needs of clients in consumer health, innovative medicine, medical devices and technologies, the green industries, and beyond.

Anki, you founded the company in 2013 and have led it with great results ever since. What would you say has been the key factor behind that success?

I am convinced that the key to our success has been our unique business model. We’re the friendly and personal marketing agency with unique experience and background. We have a streamlined, core Team of P&B employees, that extends into a network of trusted, close Partners. In our family, we have 35 highly skilled people experienced in global branding and stunning design.

We have swapped the old-fashioned agency team models for a flexible solution, where we tailor a team with relevant expertise for each project, to deliver optimal results. We’re agile and unique – and that’s how we create better value for our clients!

Our business model benefits everyone – it’s agile, flexible, and cost‑efficient. It means that our clients only pay for what they truly need, and not for a full agency structure. In a traditional agency setup, a full team of specialists is maintained to cover different client needs, which naturally leads to significant overhead costs that clients ultimately pay for. Our approach is different – instead of keeping all roles in-house, we have a streamlined core Team, and collaborate with a network of carefully selected professionals.
